Privacy Policy for Bellhop Cue

Bellhop Cue (“the App”) is developed and maintained by Jonathan Arndt (“I”, “me”).

Data Collection

Bellhop Cue does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

The App has no internet connection, no analytics, no crash reporting service, and no advertising. It never contacts any external server.

Data Stored on Your Device

Bellhop Cue stores data locally on your Mac to provide its features. This includes:

• App settings such as notification interval, sound choice, visual preferences, Focus / DND preference, monitor preference, and volume, stored using macOS UserDefaults
• Optional custom sound files that you choose to import, copied into the App’s local Application Support storage on your device
• Optional custom image files that you choose to import, copied into the App’s local Application Support storage on your device
• Optional diagnostics exports that you choose to create, written locally to the App’s container on your device

This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not shared with any third party
• Can be removed by deleting the App and its local data

Third-Party Services

Bellhop Cue uses no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or cloud services.

File Access

If you choose to import a custom sound or image file, the App reads that file on your device and stores a local copy inside the App’s container so it can continue using it later. No file content is transmitted anywhere.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If the App ever gains features that involve data collection, this policy will be updated and the “Last updated” date above will reflect that change.
